I have always had a love for animals and a passion for providing excellent customer service. In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I’m grateful to combine both—supporting our clients while caring for their beloved pets. My goal is to ensure every client feels welcomed and every pet is cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Wilfrid Laurier University, which gave me a strong foundation in health and wellness. I’ve also volunteered at horse stables and cat rescue shelters, experiences that deepened my knowledge of animal care and strengthened my appreciation for the human–animal bond.

At home, I’m a proud rabbit mom to Robin and Cutie—Robin is sweet and gentle, while Cutie is curious and full of mischief. They bring endless joy to my life and remind me every day of the unique personalities that make animals so special.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my rabbits, exploring new coffee shops, cooking new recipes, and curling up with a good fantasy novel on a rainy day. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or an afternoon with loved ones, I value the simple moments that bring joy and balance to everyday life.
